Roofing

Roofing is often overlooked, simply because there is no apparent leak in your home - and perhaps because of a concern for cost - but leaks can be causing damage for months, or even years before they are discovered, and by then the cost can be considerably more.

Don't put off the best physical protection your home has, especially if it is a potential fire hazard with old cedar splits, or even a build-up of moss and other growing things!  If you have damage already, noticable or not, it's best to contact your in insurance company as soon as possible.  They may be able to cover the cost of the entire roof replacement, or at the very least, help put a dent in some of the costs.  If there is no immediate damage, and the cost is your responsibility, they will still be willing to lower your rates because you helped mitigate the risk of far more costly damage from a leaky roof.

There are numerous factors that affect cost of your new roof, including the type of roof you would like to install (metal, asphalt shingles, concrete tiles, etc.), whether or not you will need a tear-off of old material, and any possible sub-roof or soffit repairs that may be required.  Nevertheless, if you would like an idea how much it might cost you to install a new ashpalt shingle roof, here is a link to an online calculator based on the area in which you live - but rest easy, because I can guarantee you will spend a lot less, and be 100% happy, with the new roof we will install for you!
