Roofing is often overlooked, simply because there is no apparent leak in your home - and perhaps because of a concern for cost - but leaks can be causing damage for months, or even years before they are discovered, and by then the cost can be considerably more.
Don't put off the best physical protection your home has, especially if it is a potential fire hazard with old cedar splits, or even a build-up of moss and other growing things!
