BCS is looking for 2 experience sales reps!

 

This is a growth opportunity for any ambitions & experienced construction industry sales rep to be a part of ground-up marketing and growth for a local general contractor. Job description:
Independent construction sales, initiating contracts in residential construction
Focusing on (but not limited to) roofing, remodeling, siding, windows & doors, decks, and outbuildings
Generous net-based commissions (10% and up, DOE)
One-on-one weekly meetings with the owner to monitor progress and sales
Based in the Bitterroot Valley, but operating anywhere within greater Montana

Requirements:
Independent State license required within 1 month of hire (eligible for reimbursement)
Bachelors degree in Business (Marketing, Administration, or related field)
2 years post-degree sales experiences (A combination of education & experience will be considered)
Construction sales experience and/or construction experience
Ability to read basic drafted plans to determine material and labor requirements
An understanding of all processes and materials required for ground-up construction
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening test

No criminal/felony history
Professional appearance, presentation, and conduct at all times
